Gather for Salmon Supper Club, a dinner celebrating wild salmon and good company. 
On March 14th, come join us for an intimate dinner at Ebb & Company, Stephanie Eburah's new gathering space in the Bryant neighborhood of Seattle. 
We'll be sharing in a delicious feast created by Stephanie and paired with natural wine. 
Come gather around the table, enjoy our wild salmon harvest in good company, and hear more about how you can join our Community Supported Fishery this upcoming salmon season.

Burrata crostini with shaved radish, salmon roe & crispy salmon skin.
grilled spot prawn & almond picada
Smoked salmon, sauteed beet greens, ricotta & pickled rose petals
slow roasted sockeye, lemony gigante beans & spring greens pesto
Fennel roasted carrots
bay leaf panna cotta, candied kumquats & almond brittle
