Smoked Copper River Coho Salmon

The last mighty fish of our wild salmon season in Alaska. Copper River Coho salmon are harvested August through September as our summer is winding down. These fish have a delicate flavor delicious for smoking. Our Coho salmon is cold smoked before it is packaged and cooked to perfection in the tin.  


Packaged in a 6.5 ounce tin can, the smoked salmon has a shelf life of five years. Once opened, the tinned fish should be refrigerated and enjoyed within a week.
