We're excited to introduce this collaboration with creative friends designed to bring you around the table and share good fish, made for small gatherings with good company.
The set features two handmade ceramic plates made by Shannon Wallack, two exclusive recipes - Smoked Salmon and Fingerling Potatoes with Herbed Crème Fraîche and Burnt Leek Salt & Sautéed Beet Greens with Smoked Salmon and Ricotta created by Stephanie Eburah, along with two jars of our smoked sockeye salmon to create the recipes at home.
Shannon Wallack is a Seattle artist and ceramicist who creates household objects with the intention of bringing warmth and comfort to the owners, reflecting the beautiful unique moments in one's everyday experiences. His plates are a favorite in our home, a delicious vessel for sharing home cooked meals. It's been a real honor to work with him to create a unique set for you, each plate stamped with Know Your Fisherman seal on the base.
Stephanie Eburah brings such creative flavors and ingredients to her cooking, we're delighted to feature her work with two custom recipes included with this set. Stephanie owns a lovely wine bar in Seattle called Ebb & Company and has worked with us on our Salmon Supper Club series.
