This box features our new Alaska Sockeye Salmon Lox, delicately sliced and ready to enjoy for quick and fun appetizer platter or on a sumptuous bagel. Our sockeye lox is cured in seasoned brine and then cold smoked for perfect flavor and texture. You'll receive seven 6 ounce packages of ready to eat lox. 

Our Copper River Sockeye salmon is flash frozen and vacuumed sealed into easy to cook portions. Perfect to cook on the grill or easily bake in the oven for a healthy and delicious dinner. Your box is packed with five pounds of sockeye portions, carefully cut into approximately 6 ounce portions. 

Wild caught Alaska sockeye salmon is a powerful protein, full of nutritious heart healthy omega-3 fats and essential vitamins. 

Included in your box is a cedar plank for cooking your fish and frozen Alaska kelp.
