We collected some of our favorite provisions from the ocean to pair alongside our wild smoked salmon. The kit includes a jar of kelp seasoning from Barnacle Foods and good fish to enjoy right from the tin and serve onto a wooden board handmade by our friend KnotWeld.
Enjoy with toast or crackers for briny, flavorful bite. Salty, simple, & delicious.

1 - 6.5 oz jar of smoked Sockeye Salmon, hand harvested by Drifters Fish onboard our small boat this summer in Prince William Sound, Alaska. The fish has been lightly cold smoked and carefully hand packed in a jar.
1 - 6.5 oz tin of smoked Copper River Coho salmon, harvested by Drifters Fish and carefully smoked and preserved in a tin. With rich, delicate flavor and firm texture, this fish is a delicious treat.
1 - 6.5 oz tin of smoked Octopus, featuring wild octopus harvested this October in Southeast Alaska by our family at J & M Seafoods. This sea creature has been delicately smoked so you can savor it's briny, succulent flavors.
1 - 2.5 oz jar of kelp furikake from Barnacle, crafted from dried Alaska bull kelp and blended with black sesame seeds and bonito flakes. A dash adds delicious flavor to seafood snacks.
