-2 jars or tins Drifters Fish Smoked Salmon
-16 ounces cream cheese
-Juice of 1 meyer lemon
-1 tablespoon onion, shallot, or green onion
-1 sprig parsley
-half clove of garlic
-1/8 teaspoon salt
-cracked pepper to taste
Using chopping blade in food processor, start machine and add half clove garlic until chopped. Add onion and parsley until chopped. Add cream cheese, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and process until smooth.
Add one jar of smoked salmon and process until smooth.
Add second jar, process very slightly. Garnish with lemon. Enjoy!
