Our harvest is variable during the season and frozen salmon boxes will sell out fast. When salmon becomes available, it will be announced on instagram and in our email newsletter.

Frozen wild salmon has an incredible shelf life! Frozen fish will keep well in your freezer for up to nine months. Our fish is immediately flash frozen within hours after harvest, once thawed - you’ll experience a piece of good fish that tastes as good as the day we hauled it out of the ocean.

Wild salmon should be thawed under refrigeration.

Pin bones are normal and present in each portion. When a salmon is filleted, there are a small set of pin bones that are left in the fillet. A set of pliers or tweezers works great for removing the pin bones. We've also found that ensuring the fillet is fully thawed helps make removing a bit easier.
