Copper River Sockeye salmon are

incredible, super flavorful and fatty. Your fish is carefully onboard our small boat here in Alaska, cleaned and iced minutes after harvest. 

Copper River Sockeye salmon will arrive headed on and gutted.  

With a whole fish, you have the opportunity to cut the fish into steaks for the grill, scrape the skeleton for salmon cakes, and make your own bone broth with what’s left. Using every part of these incredible wild fish honors the life they give us with so many nutritious and tasty flavors to enjoy.
