Bright, beautiful Copper River Sockeye salmon! These gorgeous fish are incredible, super flavorful and phenomenally fatty. 

You can now order Monday's fresh catch. Includes two fish harvested by the two of us, delivered directly to your door in the city of Seattle. Your fish is carefully onboard our small boat here in Alaska. 

Copper River Sockeye salmon will arrive headed on and gutted, ready to grill and feast. 

With a whole fish, you have the opportunity to cut the fish into steaks for the grill, scrape the skeleton for salmon cakes, and make your own bone broth with what’s left. Using every part of these incredible wild fish honors the life they give us with so many nutritious and tasty flavors to enjoy.

Our catch will be delivered to Seattle on Wednesday, May 31st.
