Copper River Coho salmon have a real nice, mild flavor and beautiful flaky texture. Your fish is carefully caught onboard our small boat here in Alaska, cleaned and iced minutes after harvest. 

Copper River Coho salmon will arrive head on and gutted.  

With a whole fish, you have the opportunity to cut the fish into steaks for the grill, scrape the skeleton for salmon cakes, and make your own fish broth with what’s left. Using every part of these incredible wild fish honors the life they give us with so many nutritious and tasty flavors to enjoy.
