Copper River Coho salmon are harvested in September as our summer is winding down, the last mighty fish of our wild salmon season in Alaska. These fish have a delicate flavor that's delicious for smoking. Our Coho salmon is cold smoked before it is packaged and cooked to perfection in the tin.
Packaged in a 6.5 ounce tin can, the smoked salmon has a shelf life of five years. Once opened, the tinned fish should be refrigerated and enjoyed within a week.
Our 2020 season harvest will be available to order starting in October.
