Our Summer Harvest box features wild fish carefully and sustainably harvested on our boat here in Alaska and delivered directly to your door. Enjoy a selection of frozen sockeye salmon, smoked sockeye salmon, and smoked pink salmon for a taste of summer in Alaska. We're super excited to work with a new local smokehouse here in Cordova to bring you our fish in small batch, hot smoked portions ready to eat from the package. 

Each 15 lbs box is packed with 8 lbs frozen wild Alaska sockeye portions, 3 lbs of smoked wild Alaska sockeye salmon, 4 lbs of smoked wild Alaska pink salmon. 

Enjoy premium quality, hand cut salmon in conveniently packaged flash frozen portions that taste as fresh as the day we harvested your fish out of the ocean. 

Each portion is approximately 6-8 ounces. // Harvested Summer 2022.
