Last night in Seattle, we shared carefully harvested wild salmon from our boat along with Alaska spot prawns and octopus from our family’s fishery J & M Seafoods for a festive Feast of the Seven Fishes.
Thank you so much to Stephanie Eburah for creating a beautifully delicious menu, every detail was magical. And big thanks to Jonathon Werth for perfectly pairing it all with natural wines from Drink Ok Wines.
