We had the exciting opportunity to work with Wild Craft Studio School in Portland, Oregon to offer our first Seasonal Preservation Workshop. Throughout the day, we shared about how to work with frozen wild salmon, from pin-boning the fish to removing the skin. We used our catch of Copper River Coho salmon to make pickled fish and our family's traditional gravlax recipe.
Thanks to all the folks who came out, it was so fun to share what we've learned.
