Summer Sablefish

Summer Sablefish

This June, we had a beautiful stretch of weather to add a new fishery to our rotation.

Wild Alaska sablefish (also called black cod, the most oily delicious white fish around), live in the deep depths of the ocean. Using slinky pots and miles of line to haul these tasty fish up from the bottom of the sea, this small sustainable fishery is a carefully managed, clean harvest.

Super stoked to add frozen sablefish to our offerings, now available to order. Ships straight to your front door and to fill your freezer with traceable, sustainable Wild Alaska fish we caught this summer. 📦🐟

Wild Alaska sablefish are deep sea dwellers, a delicacy with tender texture and rich, oily fillets. We love how easy it is cook up, its rich fat content helps the fillets stay moist, flaky, and tender no matter how you prepare it.
