Here in Cordova, our mountains have a thick blanket of snow and we're settling into a season of hibernation with good people around. We love the slower days having friends over, feasting on big platters of salmon gravlax or a pot of seafood chowder to warm up after a day in the snow. We've put together this list of things we're enjoying, gifts we love giving, and what's cooking in our kitchen this December.
Cheers, Nelly & Michael

These enamel trays are so handy in the kitchen and outside cooking over a fire. We love to use them for making pickled fish and gravlax, or to for cooking veggies over a smoky fire. Always safe to use in the oven, stove, grill, or campfire and easy to clean in the dishwasher!
